Orchard City Athletics’ group based fitness classes in Kelowna are founded on the fitness principles of varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our small group fitness programs combine strength training with cardio for a highly efficient workout. For these group-based workouts you will find yourself combining things like pull-ups, rowing, squats, burpees, barbell presses, deadlifts, running, snatches and much more.
Every “Workout Of the Day” (WOD) uses a different combination of strength and endurance exercises, in different ways and combinations o you never get bored and your body gets challenged in various ways and from different angles and intensities!
