OWNER, HEAD TRAINER
Owner, Head Coach and Personal Trainer Dan Drynan has been in the health and fitness industry for nearly 20 years. He’s a strength and conditioning expert with the knowledge and experience to teach and attain results, regardless of your fitness level. Dan specializes in working with individuals in need of a personal 1-on-1 approach teaching people how to live, eat, and move in a safe and efficient way that maximizes and taps into the genetic potential we all possess!
Dan learned from an early age that physical health can’t be taken for granted. “When I was 16, my father passed away after a long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. Ever since, it’s been my life’s passion to lead, teach, and help others down a path of true health, strength and vitality.”

Coach and personal trainer Jordan has spent virtually his whole life in pursuit of physical excellence. As a still current junior hockey player with the West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL, he’s been a competitive athlete his whole life. Starting Crossfit at a young age he already has nearly a decade of Crossfit experience, and strives to share his passion for it with everyone else. With an abundance of knowledge in the fields of strength, conditioning, and mobility, he can help athletes of all caliber reach their fitness goals. Along with the fitness he loves the ability to strengthen and play a big role in the community and overall vibe at OCA.
