Dan Drynan

Owner, Head Coach and Personal Trainer Dan Drynan has been in the health and fitness industry for nearly 20 years. He’s a strength and conditioning expert with the knowledge and experience to teach and attain results, regardless of your fitness level. Dan specializes in working with individuals in need of a personal 1-on-1 approach teaching people how to live, eat, and move in a safe and efficient way that maximizes and taps into the genetic potential we all possess!

Dan learned from an early age that physical health can’t be taken for granted. “When I was 16, my father passed away after a long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. Ever since, it’s been my life’s passion to lead, teach, and help others down a path of true health, strength and vitality.”

After her own transformation, Super mom, Personal trainer, and Results Coordinator at OC Fit, Michelle has dedicated her life to helping others attain thier health and fitness goals. Along with fitness she loves the ability to strengthen and play a big role in the OC FIT community.

    Mr. Greer


    Mr. Greer believes that efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction. The thing he loves most about coaching is teaching people basic foundational movements so they can move forward with good technique and natural, fluid movement.
